Like style you either have the abilitiy to do it or you don't. It cannot be learnt. Please be aware that graphic design is not art. It is a commercial tool with very specific purposes, and therefore to confuse art with grahic design results in costly disasters -- for you. In short making things look pretty or cool or whatever is only one function of graphic design. With a proven track record of experience and expertise P2 deliver great looking and effective designs time after time after time.
And if we -- you and us -- are not happy with the designs they never leave the premises. We don't chase design awards (it's your money after all). We don't employ people who have Photoshop and don't know anything about photography (it's principally a photo package). We don't think it very polite or business-like to use your money to test wacky ideas. We just do graphic design that works.
